Out of all of them, the concrete fence lasts the longests, which is why I'll be using it a lot in longer scenarios. What all exhibit fences have in common is that they break down by themselves over time. The game itself gives no indication of how strong the animals are. Some can bounce off a rampaging T-rex, others shatter when a croc looks at their direction. Some fences can be climbed on by animals, other can't. They can't be destroyed, but don't work until made into tanks. Electric dinosaur fences can shock dinosaurs and guests lowering their happiness. Dinosaur fences are extremelly durable, so only dinosaurs can damage them. Animals and zoo staff can just walk through, but guests can't. Zoo Tycoon Complete Collection featuring both expansion packs Dinosaur Digs and Marina Mania, both. Decorative fences look nice, but they can't be used to make an exhibit. Low fences are cheaper, but most animals can jump over them. Regular fences that we're using here are the most basic ones. I had to sell one, because the exhibit was getting to cramped. So much happening in one picture! The window that popped up reminds us that we're halfway through the scenario. Lack of privacy can be solved by making wider paths, making areas guests can't see, placing fences guests can't see through, and placing observation areas just like I did. The last three are particularly important since they don't affect suitability, but affect overall happiness. It includes terrain and foliage that could be added or deleted, size of the exhibit, number of animals, and privacy. It shows what can still be done for an animal to make it happier. The zookeeper recommendations is what pops up when we press the button with a zookeeper on it. Right now our gazelles' suitability rating is 71, which is fine for them, but some animals need nearly 90 to stay happy. This means we'll need to put fitting foliage, terrain, toys and shelters in exhibits. Suitability is how animals like their exhibit. Animals get ill if their enclosures are dirty. Food comes from zookeepers, and you must be terrible at managing if you have a problem with that. The Aldabra Giant Tortoise was created by Vondell.Download the Aldabra Giant Tortoise here: https://zoot. Happiness rises if other needs are satisfied. Aldabra Giant Tortoise is a download for Zoo Tycoon. There are a couple of things I wanted to talk about here:Īnimals have 4 basic needs: happiness, hunger, health, and suitability. Tell me if it bothers you much, and I'll try to fix it. I think it has something to do with my system's calendar being in Polish instead of English. You may have noticed that the calendar says "sty" instead of "jan". I think people may donate more money or get more happiness, but I've never really used them, so I don't really know. They fix fences, sweep trash, empty trash cans (which may be unnecessary, since restaurants don't produce trash and are more profitable than shops), and clean water filters. Maintenance workers get essential after some time, when fences start to break down. They can be assigned to particular enclosures, which makes them more efficient (they don't run around the zoo, and are always where they're supposed to be), but it's a bad idea to assign more than 4 exhibits to 1 zookeeper. They feed animals, heal them, and clean their exhibits. Zookeepers are the most important people in the zoo. There are also basic buildings for guests' basic needs, a zookeeper, and a maintenance worker. There is a desert exhibit called Camel Desert, a savannah exhibit called Giraffe World, and a deciduous forest exhibit called Moose Land. The ungulate packs are brilliant. This is what it looks like. The one downside is that the awesome new camels have featureless babies. It sorted out the wildebeest and now they actually run. I got the African radical remake pack, which I am very pleased with. And the wildebeest has a awkward swagger when it walks, which if you`ve ever seen one is wrong. I did actually like protarcheopteryx to begin with, but they eat their babies, which upsets the guests. Open the extracted ZooTycoon2UltimateCollectionWinEN folder and then open the Game Files folder. You will need to use a software such as WinRAR to do this. The flamingos are too big, also, and the dinosaurs embark on a rampage for no reason. zip file and extract the ZooTycoon2UltimateCollectionWinEN folder to your desktop. The sizes of most of the animals are not to scale with the people - the caribou is taller than a person, for a start. It`s the same with Stokeasaurus, and the kangaroos do not really hop, they drag themselves along with their head twisted to the side! T-Rex walks with a stupid lurch and its head is nearly touching the ground. They look nothing like they do in real life and the whale shark, which I was excited about having in the game, swims ridiculously fast and is the wrong size! My least favourite animals in ZT2 are the bipedal dinosaurs and the larger marine animals like the pilot whale.
